I came to this laundry mat in search of machines that would properly wash my clothes and I finally found it after dealing with the inadequate machines and awful staff of the laundry mat 6 minutes away from this location that shall remain nameless. My clothes came out so clean and smelling good as you would expect after paying to wash them. This is the best location in the area and affordable as well. I love it here!
Laundry Station Express – Fairfield
This is the only laundromat I go to. I live in a area outside Fairfield and drive here to wash mine and my family’s clothes. It’s also clean and presentable. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The machines wash well. Most importantly if something happens with a machine there is always someone on duty to help.
We charge a flat per-pound rate of $1.80/lb for two-day delivery or $2.00/lb for next day delivery. Our wash and fold drop-off service is $1.80/lb.
We charge per pound, so if you’re curious about how many pounds you’ll see on your receipt, weigh the laundry. You can use a regular bathroom scale or a hanging luggage scale if you have one.
Laundry Station Express is a full service laundry that provides pick up and delivery laundry, drop-off laundry, and self serve laundry for residential clients and businesses.
We offer next day service ($2.00/lbs) and two day service ($1.80/lbs). Need to get your laundry delivered sooner? We can approve special requests… just ask!
For residential and commercial orders, we accept credit/debit cards, checks, and/or cash.
When you place an order, you select a pick up and drop-off time. You can place an order up to three (3) hours before the pickup time. We recommend placing your order the night before, so you have time to bag the laundry and have it ready for pickup.
Have a special request? When you start an order using the Laundry Station Express app, you can type in your special request.
Examples of special requests:
– special detergents like hypoallergenic or unscented
– laundry instructions like washing in hot or cold water
– no dryer sheets
– air dry certain items
– hang certain clothing items
Yes, we have extra large capacity washers at all of our stores that hold up to 60-80 lbs per load (around 4-6 standard loads).
The products used during the cleaning/ drying process will depend on the type of laundry given and your preferences. We offer unscented dye free and scent free detergent. If you have a specific product/brand you’d like us to use, just let us know.
We offer service in northern and western Cincinnati neighborhoods, including, but not limited to Fairfield, Hamilton, Bridgewater, Greenhills, Forest Park, Springdale, Pleasant Run and Ross Township. Your credit card is automatically charged for service prior to delivery of your clean laundry.
We require a $25 minimum for all delivery orders. If your order is below $25, we will charge your payment account for $25.
Not at all! We recommend using cheap trash bags for your dirty laundry. We will return your clean laundry in a new clear plastic bag. You may also decide to use your own laundry baskets or bag.
You can choose to leave your laundry in a secure location such as your front or back porch. Please note that laundry left out unattended is at your own risk.
We use a specialized commercial grade soap for all delivery and drop-off orders. You can bring in your own soap/detergent or provide it with your laundry pickup.
Each order is processed separately. We never wash, dry or fold orders together.
